What age groups do you train?We train young athletes starting from age 7 and up. Our personalized coaching approach allows us to cater to various skill levels and age groups, ensuring that each athlete receives the appropriate training for their development stage.

How are the training sessions structured?Each training session is tailored to the individual needs of the athlete. We focus on key areas such as route running, catching techniques, speed and agility, and game IQ. Sessions typically include warm-ups, skill drills, situational practice, and cool-downs to ensure a comprehensive training experience.

What should my child bring to a training session?Athletes should come prepared with appropriate athletic wear, football cleats, water or a sports drink, and any necessary protective gear. We also recommend bringing a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard and learn.

How often should my child attend training sessions?The frequency of training sessions depends on the athlete's goals and schedule. We typically recommend 1-2 sessions per week to ensure consistent progress and skill development. However, we can work with you to create a customized training plan that fits your child's needs.

Do you offer group training or only one-on-one sessions?While our primary focus is on personalized one-on-one training to provide individualized attention and customized coaching, we also offer small group sessions upon request. These group sessions are designed to foster teamwork and provide competitive practice scenarios.
